Situated on 3/4 of an acre, the apartment has a current 3.5 star AAA RACV Rating, and comprises downstairs accommodation of a 2 bedroom suite, one bedroom with a queen size bed and the other with 2 singles, which can be converted into a king size bed upon request. The apartment is fully self contained with its own cooking facilities, including a 4 burner upright electric stove, refrigerator, large pantrymicrowave, fry pan, 2 single twin sofa, and a trampoline base sofa bed for additional accommodation by mutual agreement , Digital wide screen TV, DVD, Video, stereo and free wireless WiFi Internet.
The apartment has a split system reverse cycle air conditioner and laundry (shared), own separate bathroom and toilet facilities. There is also a large outdoor covered patio and entertaining area with a 4 burner gas BBQ and outdoor setting, with beautiful views of the bay and over to Mount Martha. There is also a table tennis table in the undercover area for your use. Fully fenced grassed backyard.
The laundry consists of a fully automatic washing machine, trough, iron and ironing board, and plenty of outdoor line space.
Young children are also catered for with a cot and highchair supplied free upon request, if required.
Your dog can be catered for by prior mutual arrangement as we have an enclosed dog run and dog shelter, so no need to pay for expensive dog kennel boarding fees (conditions apply). Dogs are not permitted to be inside the apartment under any circumstances, and we have A MAXIMUM OF ONE DOG PER STAY. IF YOU WANT TO BRING YOUR DOG YOU NEED TO ARRANGE IT WITH THE OWNERS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING.
There is ample off-street parking including ample space for a boat.

This summer rates are $1290 per week. Competitive off seasons rates also available on application.
The property is located at 15 Manna Street Dromana on the lower reaches of Arthurs Seat, but still in comfortable walking distance to the beach.
Dolphins, Fishing, wildlife, Golf & Wineries. We are only 2 kms from the very recently opened Eagle Gondola ride on Arthurs Seat.

Come and enjoy the dolphins that are located off Dromana. On a calm day, we enjoy seeing the dolphins up to twice a day as they swim from Mt Martha to Rosebud and back daily feeding on the plentiful fish in the area. We also have a resident seal down on the foreshore near the pier, who comes to visit frequently throughout the year.
There are 17 golf courses on the Mornington Peninsula.
There are over 60 wineries on the Peninsula including, but not limited to, the following: Red Hill Estate, Mornington Estate, Dromana Estate, 10 Minutes by Tractor, Crittendons, Tucks Ridge and many many more.
